Over the past decade Arcologic has researched and designed a series of prototype homes to address current housing problems in Western Australia. The main issue we have been addressing is the need for smaller, smarter homes that can help address the current housing crisis without negatively effecting the environment.

The biggest problem facing suburban infill projects is the loss of tree canopy and green space essential for our (and the environments ) wellbeing. The typical developer model of maximising coverage for profit is having profound negative effects on our established suburbs.
